MEDIATION

Helping Families Resolve Their Issues Amicably and Expeditiously

Rachel has been mediating since 2010.  She is trained in basic civil, domestic relations (divorce), domestic violence, and dependency mediation.  As a mediator, Rachel's goal is to assist parties in resolving their conflict / legal issues in a non-adversarial setting by listening to their respective positions, getting to their underlying interests and concerns, offering creative solutions, and through reality testing.
